As The Camp At Findley grows, so does our staff! These are the leaders that keep our camp running year round.
Reservations Coordinator & Receptionist
Cindy Treacle
Cindy has spent years at The Camp At Findley starting as a volunteer in the Kitchen, then as the Kitchen Manager and following that she became the Camp Manager. Following a three year break she now is our Reservations Coordinator and Receptionist. She enjoys building relationships and growing God's kingdom through spreading his light to those around her.

Susan Gabriel
Sue lives in French Creek, just a short distance from The Camp. Her and her husband Phil have 5 children and 11 grandchildren between them. They enjoy camping with friends during the summer. Working at the camp brings back memories as she attended Camp Findley for several years when she was growing up.
Jimmy Carr
Operations Coordinator
Jimmy Carr is from Randolph, NY where he attended high school, graduating in 2013. He obtained his Bachelors in Youth Ministry and Bible from Clarks Summit University in 2024. Jimmy is a lifelong Buffalo sports fan. Among his hobbies, Jimmy enjoys distance running, performing in musical theatre, and coaching wrestling. He and his 2 cats, Bo and Ollie, are excited to make Findley Lake their new home! Jimmy starts October 30th.
Cassandra Hooks
Programming Intern
Cassandra Hooks was raised in Findley Lake, NY and attended school in Clymer, graduating in 2013. This year, she earned her certificate in Christian Ministry from Liberty University, and is now studying at Liberty University Online to earn a B.S. in Christian Leadership and Business Management by 2028. Cassandra has been married to her husband Chris for 10 years, and celebrates her 11th year of marriage in January of 2026. Cassandra and her husband have 5 girls together. Cassandra enjoys music, serving at her church, camp ministry, and serving those around her where the Lord sees fit.
